Healthy Almond Joy Smoothie

Have you ever seen a movie where an actor was in such kick ass shape that you go home and google what they did to look like that? Yes, this is basically all I google. I just saw Peppermint starring Jennifer Garner and she looked like such a badass in it, I immediately went home and looked up what she was doing so I could too look like a badass. She was kind enough to post her morning smoothie, which at first I thought looked kind of gross. I’ve had a bit of a love/hate relationship with collagen since it became trendy. I couldn’t figure out how to put it in things without ruining the flavor or texture. Well, the collagen God’s came shining down on me and invented chocolate coconut flavored collagen powder (it is actually the Primal Kitchen God’s to be fair). This smoothie gives you everything you need to stay full and have energy through the morning. I have always enjoyed smoothies but would get hungry pretty quickly after. This one has proven to be a winner and I drink it every morning now. You get the protein from the collagen powder, the fat from the almond butter, fiber from chia seeds and greens from the spinach. I have noticed my skin has cleared up and feels really soft and supple and this is the only thing I have changed and been consistent with for the last 3 weeks. Give it a whirl and let me know what you think! Cheers!
